Booking Policy

•  50% non-refundable deposit upfront, 50% due 2 days before arrival 

• 4-night minimum, 90-day maximum (Please enquire if you want to stay longer)

• 12 people maximum

• We take payment by credit card or bank transfer.

• Check-in: 4 pm; Check-out: 12:00 Midday (Please inquire about a late check-out or early check-in if needed)

• No pets are allowed. 

• No Parties or events unless agreed upon with the homeowners. 

• All booked experiences must be paid for upon confirmation of booking, unless it is fridge stocking, which must be paid for by the midpoint of your trip.
